Like the pictograms our cave-dwelling ancestors drew on cave walls, signage and posters are some of civilization’s earliest means of communication. When the population was largely illiterate, we used signage to communicate a merchant’s offerings, like the shoe over a cobbler’s shop…or the red and white barber’s pole. Before there was mass media, posters were “posted” in places where the public gathered, to promote events or provide other important information.

A poet once wrote, “The more things change, the more they stay the same.”  At Graphic Works, we understand the impact of signage and posters to quickly and easily communicate the messages our clients want to convey to their customers.  In fact, we consider ourselves masters of the craft.
