GRAPHIC DESIGN FOR BROCHURES
WHAT WE DID
Project: Brochure Design for Real Estate Company
Prudential Realty was purchased by Berkshire-Hathaway in 2012. Previously known as a condo and apartment construction and management firm, the “new” Prudential Realty rose into a higher value business model. Olde Taylor Farms, a development in an Atlanta suburb, reflected that shift. Graphic Works was hired to design a gorgeous, large-format brochure for an exclusive home that was for sale.
- Our client knew that high-end home buyers want their house to make a statement. Our graphic designers created a sales piece showcasing the elegance, beauty and desirability of the property.
- Our graphic artists constructed a brochure using printing techniques and materials more reminiscent of a menu for an exclusive restaurant than a subdivision. This included satin papers, die-cuts and complex varnish techniques.
- We used professional real estate photography to communicate the quality and craftsmanship they’d find in Olde Taylor Farms.
- We all wanted to move into the house after seeing the finished brochure. It was truly a magnificent home.
